Most gated communities still run their front gate on paper lists, group chats and a shared login. When a dispute comes up weeks later, nobody can say who was admitted, where they said they were going, or who made the call.
SENTRYCO replaces that with one connected record. A community owns its addresses. Each address has a household. Household members approve their own visitors. The gate console checks those approvals, captures a government ID, and writes an attributed entry to a live log that residents and management can both see.
The product is deliberately narrow. We do not sell resident data, we do not collect more personal information than the gate decision requires, and we do not display or store full ID numbers. Every administrative change that affects a household is written to an audit trail with the reason it was made.
SENTRYCO is designed to run alongside existing gate hardware and community management tools rather than replace them, so a community can adopt it one access point at a time.
