Individual accounts only
Every resident, household member and staff member signs in with their own account. Household passwords are never shared or displayed anywhere in the product.
Gate systems hold sensitive information about where people live and who visits them. These are the controls SENTRYCO implements today.

Access is enforced in the database, not just the interface. A resident can only reach their own household's records; staff are scoped to their community; each permission is granted individually.
Captured government ID images go to a private storage bucket. They are never publicly addressable and are only opened through short-lived signed links for staff who hold the View Visitor IDs permission.
Approvals collect a first name, last name, visitor type, date and optional notes. Full ID numbers are never typed in or stored.
Address edits, primary-resident changes, moves, deactivations and every gate decision are written to an append-only audit record with the acting user and a written reason where one is required.
Officers open a shift at a specific access point. Every entry, denial and unrestricted admission is attributed to that officer and that gate.
SENTRYCO does not claim any third-party security certification. Communities with a formal compliance requirement should contact us so we can document exactly which controls are in place.
